Two 45 to 60-minute Recordings (and their transcripts) by Founder, Wendy Down.

Wendy knows that learning doesn’t mean mentally understanding new things.  Instead, learning means applying new ideas to your life in ways that get results.

In each of Wendy’s audio-recordings, you’ll work with a cutting-edge idea or possibility and directly experience it or apply it to a current situation in your life.     Wendy’s expertise lies in taking the most abstract, metaphysical ideas and applying them in concrete, practical ways that directly influence your health, happiness, relationships and finances.

On the first Tuesday of each month, Wendy will send you a brand new “Theme of the Month” Audio-Recording diving deep into a life-changing metaphysical insight, perspective or practice.   She’ll guide you to apply the Theme to a particular situation to transform it… as you listen.

Then, to make sure you master the Theme over the course of the month:

  • On the first 3 Fridays of the month, you’ll receive a Friday Followup Email offering a quick (and often fun) tip on how to apply the Theme of the Month to your life that day.
  • On the third Tuesday of each month you’ll receive a second audio-recording by Wendy building on the Theme of the Month.
