On the most recent Consciousness Playground teleclass, “A More Coherent You”, I led members through a unique experience in which they took out- at the knees – the foundation of an old, stuck inner pattern inherited from their parents or a predecessor.
The exercise I taught on that teleclass was brand new and unlike anything we’ve ever done in the Consciousness Playground before.
Imagine my surprise and delight when I later heard a remarkable story from Celeste Hamman and Amy Hillenbrand, who, in addition to being Consciousness Playground members, are friends who support each other each week by working one-on-one.
Celeste (left) said,
“I attended the latest Consciousness Playground teleclass the day after Amy (above, left) had done a session with me. As I followed Wendy through the teleclass exercise, I felt more and more amazed. She was doing exactly the same thing that Amy had done with me the day before. Even some of the words they used were the same. I loved thinking that perhaps Amy ‘downloaded the future’ to share with me. It was quite remarkable.”
When I later asked Amy about what it was like for her to also be led by me through an exercise that she’d intuitively developed on the spot the day before she said simply, “I know we are all connected, and maybe we are even more connected than I thought.”
I love this striking story because it underlines the ‘rightness’ of the main purpose of the Consciousness Playground, which is not to be a place where people come to learn from another teacher but to increasingly access the teacher, the greatness, the magic within yourself. The fact that member, Amy, intuitively already knew how to do what she didn’t ‘learn’ until the next day feels exciting and inspiring to me.
