Would A Month of Sipping Boost Your Results?

Hey there.   Today, I’m grappling with a question that I’d love your help with it.

A few weeks ago I shared a (teeny) bit of my delicious experience with Brazilian healer, John of God.   When I left the live event, I was given a very specific protocol to follow.  I left with a case of special water to sip 3 times a day, like a prescription.   I was told the water would allow the ‘entities’ to continue working with me.

I’m not normally inclined to use props, substances or tools, but I’m big on getting maximum results so I decided to go whole hog and follow the full protocol as prescribed.

And what I’ve learned by doing so has surprised me.

Requiring myself, three times a day, to open the closet in my office, lift a bottle of the prescribed water to my lips and take a cool sip makes me aware that the John of God quantum event isn’t over for me yet.    Although I attended it weeks ago.

It’s still yielding results and effects because I’m still acting as though it’s an ongoing event.

3 times a day I conscious decide to either stay engaged in the expectation of more change… or to see it as done and over.

It seems that sipping the water = expectation of more change  = more results I can observe!

This experience with sipping my way to more results is part of the reason my Remote Session partner, Ken Graydon, are considering adding a daily act (like sipping water or maybe something else) to our evolving Remote Session process.

We’re committed to creating the environment for the best, most profound results possible for each person we work with.

And if the great results we’re already hearing about people can be be deepened by an after-session daily action that says, “I’m still engaged in the quantum process and expecting more change”, we’re all for it.

That’s where you come in, because your experience could help us decide!

If you already have a related story to share, leave it in the comments section below. (We’ll love you forever.)

Or, take the following experiment for 30 days and let us know what occurs:

* Listen to the recording I made that lets you sample our Remote Sessions.

* Then for the next 30 days, take one of the following actions.

  • 1) either (like me), sip from a special bottle of water 3 times a day to remind yourself to stay open to more change regarding the  intention you brought to the recording.  Or,
  • 2) every time you take a shower or bath for the next 30 days, treat the flow of water as though it’s bathing you in the energy of your intention.  And as you watch the water disappear down the drain, let anything contrary to your intention be rinsed down the drain as well.

Then get out your calendar and make a note, 30 days from now, to check back in here and let us know what it was like, what you observed and how your intention played out.

(Or, let Ken and I work with you one-on-one by scheduling your own Remote Session with us.  We’ve been busy bees doing tons of Remote work.  And we like it!)

See you back here next Tuesday, April 16 with a special recording made for you by Ken Graydon himself.

Creating reminders for our mind to look for changes is very useful!
I ask myself power questions to get myself to look for what I would rather than notice what I dont wish to create but I had never thought to connect it with an activity. Nice one. I also like that the activity is not adding too much extra work into our lives in that the drinking is what we do already but this time with more intent.

Wendy Down April 16, 2013 at 1:38 pm

I agree, Michelle. Using an action to remind us to look for and be open to change moves us continually into the change that’s already there, waiting to be noticed!

Toni Delgado April 14, 2013 at 5:35 am

I agree with Linda: “I feel that we can, if we choose, leave the window open indefinitely, for change to occur, evolve, appear.” And we can use just our thought-decision to do this or employ an anchor reminder.

John of God’s water is blessed by Source and has sacred healing value. Kel and I drank a ton of it when we were there and also brought a case home with us. I still have a bottle of it and am told it still holds healing properties.

In the Vedas, there is an all night rite that requests after so many prayers and rituals that you take not a drink, but 3 small sips from water that has been placed on the altar during the ceremony. There are several rounds to this.

Dr. Emoto taught the world that water magnetizes whatever energy is put into it…Kel and I have cards with words and phrases on it on our water jug…so that Ease, Grace, Loving Light, Healing, Transformation, etc. are inparted into our water and bodies. Dr. Emoto also talks about prayers to put into water specifically which he calls Hado water.

Hado: The intrinsic vibrational pattern at the atomic level in all matter. The smallest unit of energy. Its basis is the energy of human consciousness.

He uses this prayer: ‘Great Declaration’: “The eternal power of the universe has gathered itself to create a world with true and grand harmony”

“Let us visualize that the vibration of Love and Thanks is transmitting into water as
golden/silver light. The whole water of the world is sparkling beautifully. Finally, the whole planet is shining so brilliantly. When filled with the highest vibration of light, everything is healed and harmonized. Let us visualize that the faces of all the people on Earth are filled with a smile.

Consciousness of each of us creates our world, which means we can change the world.
When the Earth is filled with the vibration of Love and Thanks, then you will experience a world filled with Love and Thanks.”
— Dr. Masaru Emoto

Dr. Len Hew of Ho’oponopono fame puts his water in blue glass in the sun and creates what he calls Solar Water. He drinks at least a gallon a day and says it dissolves subconscious patterns.

We are loved in so many ways. Using the elements to support us in our healing and transformation is incorporating the consciousness of those elements to support us.

Your suggestion Wendy is a great one. Thank you.

Toni, thank you for putting together so much information about the use of water for healing. Wow!

Linda April 14, 2013 at 12:13 am

About a month ago, I received energy healing work regarding relationships and career that was recorded. I was noticing continued results for about 3 weeks and then things seemed to backslide a wee bit. I listened to the recording again with the intent of reactivating the results and had immediate improvement.

Wendy Down April 16, 2013 at 1:43 pm

Sweet! I love that your intention was to simply reactivate the results. No judgment of having backslid, no story about why… just reactivating the continuity of the results. So clean and simple, guess what? Immediate improvement!

Amber April 13, 2013 at 9:58 am

I agree with Linda… I feel more the infinite being part of me (hah, and I thought it had something to do with not drinking coffee). My healing was 2 weeks ago today and I don’t have to sip anything to know that I am still engaged in the quantum process… I can feel subtle sensations everyday reminding me that my nose is still transforming!! Just goes to show how powerful a duo you both are!! I am going to do this experiment with something I have just become aware of ~ its creation will mean massive change for me. Thanks again Wendy.
PS 2 days after I booked my healing and before our allocated time ~ I wept with joyous gratitude for it… just thought I would mention that!

I’m off to Matrix Energetics in Melbourne next week, their first time in Australia, and can’t wait to show and tell people what you and Ken are up to!!

Michelle April 14, 2013 at 6:50 am

Hi amber, I too are heading to Melbourne next week! Very exciting. I will look for you. Michelle

Wendy Down April 16, 2013 at 1:44 pm

How lovely, Amber. I’d love to be there in person, wobbling away, with you!

Wendy Down April 16, 2013 at 1:46 pm

Yay, Amber! Thank you for being an early pioneer in using consciousness to reshape our bodies. The gratitude you felt is also the gratitude Ken and I also feel for you.

Linda April 13, 2013 at 12:49 am

I feel that we can, if we choose, leave the window open indefinitely, for change to occur, evolve, appear.

I had a session with Ken and Wendy, with my “Target” being broad and open: for me to experience consciously and awarely, more of Who I Really Am,and how that may be of Service…the magical quantum shifting of energies AS The Presence..through me…

Interestingly this has shown up in multiple ways, because abundant knowing of Self is so unlimited…most recently, benevolent changes in many relationships and life circumstances, including vastly improved close relationships, a $1000 lottery prize, an interesting effect on those around me into peaceful calmness, a handful of new business opportunities with my partner, and a curious non-resistance to things I would have formerly attempted to shift..for example, a string of “people in my way slowing me down” throughout my errand-running, and instead of trying to shift the energy, I merely observed with curiousity, to watch it all unfold, as I was going through it in 3d…I feel “more” the infinite being part of me, and “less” the 3d linda-me….a total reversal of the “weight” I formerly gave these parts of me…delicious!! Thank you Wendy and Ken!

Wendy Down April 16, 2013 at 1:52 pm

Wow, Linda, that’s fantastic. The changes you describe demonstrate that working on the quantum level – where our consciousness is ‘whole’ and unbroken – can result in multiple and wide-ranging changes that can be observed. Also, your ability to look for and acknowledge changes is a skill you’ve practiced and honed well. It serves you well, doesn’t it?!

nancy April 12, 2013 at 10:29 pm

I think that makes sense. Sort of a intention quantum affect? You intend it to work so it does. You could also, for example, take 3 deep breaths 3xs a day for the same thing. I’ve used Kens’s “reset button” when I stress if a healing/change has occured. And I also have used the shower idea for decades. I used it as washing off any daily negative energy right before bed….

Wendy Down April 16, 2013 at 2:00 pm

Yes, Nancy. You’ve perfectly described the point I was making and expanded upon it. Drinking special water, for many reasons including those offered in Toni’s comment, may resonate. But if you were allowed to choose for yourself (and you are!) maybe 3 deep breaths would feel good and right too. Or a walk outside to feel the sun, a special piece of music, a daily dose of favorite chocolate, and on and on. The invitation in this post is to give yourself permission to choose an action that feels special to you and use it for 30 days to deliberately open again and again to further expression of a single intention placed at one point in time.

Maureen Keefe April 12, 2013 at 6:55 pm

Wow Wendy, you really have a gift for sharing astute information. I had a powerful experience after energy work with a friend when she told me to envision the Violet Flame burning up any residue from a major pattern I was clearing. For the next month, anytime I had thoughts or feelings relative to the issue I was to envision this residue as black metal filings dropping into the flame and being incinerated. As I did this work I marveled over how powerful it was to keep the elimination of it Consciously in the forefront of my mind.

Another realization surfaced during this experience as well. When we revisit our problems or worries or memories regarding painful issues/illnesses/etc. it is as though we are reactivating them. I experienced profound results with another practitioner who was using German technology called Bicom 2000. (It actually HEALED my thyroid and that wasn’t even what I went in for! And I had been on pharmaceuticals for it for years.) I believe the key part of this transformation was that they had counseled me to remember that my organs and systems had been reset to optimal functioning (allowing the body to heal itself). Every time I felt a symptom or experienced a rumination around the ailment I would say to myself, “I have been reset! This is just residue clearing from my experience!”

You are so dialed-in Wendy! Yes! Yes! YES! I believe you and your clients and readers will experience profound results from this practice. Thank you for putting this out into The Universe to benefit us!

Wendy Down April 16, 2013 at 2:02 pm

Thank you so much for sharing your story and wisdom, Maureen. So powerful. Know that others will remember your words and apply them to their own lives for great benefit. And you’ll likely never even know!

Kidest April 12, 2013 at 6:39 pm

It can definitely be useful because it keeps you plugged into the space of change. We tend to forget quickly the spaces we access in moments that are greater than our conscious capacity. I think tools like this will let you bypass that tendency to normalize or cancel out the weird and wonderful because it brings you again and again into that recognition of the je ne c’est quoi of it all. Looking forward to seeing the feedback!

Wendy Down April 16, 2013 at 2:03 pm

Beautifully said, Kidest. Thank you for putting what you know so clearly and articulately.
