Tell Us: Which Experiment Would YOU Choose?

by Wendy Down on November 7, 2014

Question markYou know there’s a huge surge of interest worldwide in the notion that life shapes itself around our focus, thoughts and intentions.

Case in point – last year, Pam Grout’s clever little book ‘E-Squared: Nine D0-it-yourself Experiments that prove your thoughts create your reality” rocketed to a top spot on the New York Times Bestseller List. And stayed there for weeks.

Experiments that let you link events in your inner world to changes in your outer world are what the Consciousness Playground is all about.

Law of Attraction teacher, Abraham, maintains “It’s as easy to create a castle as a button.”    And many of the experimental Consciousness Playground programs offer evidence of that.

For our newest experiment, I’m teaming up with a powerhouse group of conscious creators.  (Start here to catch the conversation.)  And with this upcoming experiment, we’re willing to go big!

We want an experiment that will:

* be about something specific

* deliver an outcome that is real, tangible and measurable

* appeal to almost everyone (all participants will focus on the same thing)

* be fun and light to play with

The four of us have discussed several options and boiled them down what we agree is a great topic.

Before we finalize our decision though, we want to hear your thoughts and input.

Today we’re asking you to weigh in on what you’d love this experiment to be about.

If we were to take you through an experiment that would bring something specific you want into your life, what would that be?

No dream or area of life is off-limits.

Let us know by leaving a comment below.

We’re very curious to see what you have in mind!

I am looking forward to being part of this conscious energetic entanglement. Thanks Wendy. Another area of focus for the experiment would be abundance in the form of
financial. This to could be measurable and making a difference for individual that would impact the greater good. Making the shift to “everything is possible”. Being in the flow with energy where action expands into financial wellspring.

Patricia November 21, 2014 at 5:44 pm

Healing the self be it focusing on dental healing or restoration of youth would be fantastic. Dental can be measurable as would physical changes in restoring the body to an earlier time.

There has been new research to regenerate gums and teeth for years. Example 2005 news release of non-invasive procedure to regenerate gums and teeth by low levels of ultra sound. This had been proven. A product was to be released by 2007.

I met with the researchers then and saw the prototype that had been coupled with nano technology. The point being it is still in the pipeline conveniently for the dentistry industry. The other part is this NON-INVASIVE treatment could grow tissue and bone.

Getting results to create healing and rejuvenation in the physical domain is where there is a need for change. This would confirm we are possibility and pure potentiality. I feel this experiment is wonderful because lets us be the change for a better world.

adriana November 18, 2014 at 4:49 pm

Wendy your work is so exciting. Yes, I would love to weigh 160 pounds (like I did 10 years ago) and be flexible (like I was 10 years ago) and strong (you get the picture) and be able to climb the Leaning Tower of Pisa (or any tall structure) easily and effortlessly

mary m November 15, 2014 at 5:00 pm

I love the idea of creating clarity of vision ( could be both physical or intuitional) and/or improving the condition of teeth and gums…It seems like both of these ideas might be easily trackable on a physical level…thanks for this fun

Linda D November 15, 2014 at 12:14 pm

If it needs to be something common to us all, with real, physical and tangible results, perhaps it could be something FUN, that no one has any emotional attachment to, like a toe growing 1/8 inch in length or straightening a bit? We can experience success more easily and then move into “bigger” stuff. (which is not really bigger, we only make some things show up as more difficult to change, than others, by our emotions and perceptions!).

Neva November 14, 2014 at 7:38 pm

On a physical level, I vote for either dental transformation or perfect vision.

Mary E November 14, 2014 at 6:03 pm

How about focusing on “intuition”? If we were to develop this aspect of ourselves, grow it so that it becomes rich and strong and available to us in every monent – it would assist us in achieving all those things that are our greatest individual & global desires!

Gina November 14, 2014 at 5:47 pm

Eyesight 20/20 – easy to measure and track.
Willard Fuller teeth work as mentioned.
Financial ease/comfort/sufficiency.

or, as my kids put on birthday lists, “Anything else you think I might like.”

doug November 13, 2014 at 3:52 am

All great stuff. I’ll add freedom from anxiety/panic :)..and in a fun way

Pat November 12, 2014 at 10:47 pm

All of the suggestions sound great. I think many of us are on the same wave length. Financial independence to be able and do all the things we want for ourselves and our families, good vision and health, freedom from pain, freedom from limiting beliefs, safe clean energy, ability to help and heal others…..I just can’t think of a way to form an experiment with quantifiable results. I’m eager to see what the four of you come up with!

Charlie November 11, 2014 at 3:20 am

Permanent God Consciousness. What i mean by this is a state of on going awareness of the Divine presence in all moments complete with unconditional love, acceptance, and understanding, freedom from all fear, and a pervading peace and joy in all things al the time.
Bless you all

Christine Bennett November 9, 2014 at 9:23 pm

Oh wow, what to say…. so many great interesting fun ideas !
I want to know beyond doubt that when ever I want to take a course, where ever it is in the world, I can sign up for it, knowing I can do it. There are no questions about whether , it’s too expensive …. and heck I can stay in wonderful hotels afterwards to relax for a week… or three to let it all sink in .

Melody November 9, 2014 at 2:09 am

A couple of ideas…
better night vision
a great night sleep every night
for our teenagers to be happy 🙂

Wendy November 8, 2014 at 11:17 pm

I am open to being part of this experiment. I am playing around with manifesting change in all areas instantly or pretty damn close to instantly. I would love to be able to manipulate energy quickly and effortlessly. I like the idea of anyone of us being in total control of our health or financial situation.

Rosa November 8, 2014 at 7:58 pm

I would love to love myself no matter what. Is it not love what brings all the changes you want to see in your reality? But if its something tangible I would love to win the lottery so that I can buy all the the things like healthy food, a house, and take different Energy Modalities that will bring about positive change in me and everyone else.

mary November 8, 2014 at 7:31 pm

to create greater peace on earth, lets expand tolerance and acceptance of one another

mary November 8, 2014 at 6:45 pm

…(thought I sent this through)….1.)20/20 vision 2.)ending all predatory human endeavors/behaviors 3.)meaningful ,fun ,lucrative “life work/endeavors”. Best, to you all.

mary November 8, 2014 at 4:23 pm

I really like all of the above. // Personally, 20/20 vision. And my “life work” being meaningful, beneficial to all, fun, lucrative. // On the big scale, erasing all predatory activity of humans toward any lifeforms.

Joanna November 8, 2014 at 1:50 pm

This is fun! Tangible, fun, measurable, appealing…
Two ideas:
Creating a specific amount of money, this could be a different amount for everyone. The other idea, healthy eyes and clear vision.

Roseann November 8, 2014 at 12:06 pm

Financial security and a healthy mind and body.

char November 8, 2014 at 11:58 am

What if we could create a knowing that we are all connected, all one? Where each person is happy in their vessel that carries the truth of all we are? Where we can be creative and manifestors of all our desires ?

Pat November 8, 2014 at 8:31 am

Since Thought Creates Reality…. I would like to notice more and more of the everyday occurances in my life that make me feel ______ (fill in the blank with words like – good, awe, excited, exuberant, at peace, strong, joyful, loved, energetic, wise, ……) , recognize these feelings as an oportunities, and then program more of the same.

Rosemarie November 8, 2014 at 7:30 am

Financial security and abundance ! Seems to me that this is always or at least often at the root of our insecurities and conflicts. Appears finite and therefore envied but know this is an illusion as the universe is abundant. Allow all to be open to abundance.

Katannya November 8, 2014 at 5:28 am

If I had to choose just one, I would want to be completely free of my conditioning. If I were to choose something smaller and more easily measurable, it would be either financial freedom or perfect physical health for as long as I chose to live in this body.

Susa November 8, 2014 at 3:47 am

I wonder what contribution I colud be to shft bullying into a space and energy of total allowance ?

V November 8, 2014 at 2:07 am

Some ideas in random order:
*20/20 to eagle vision
*Morph my face and neck features to look like the morph image I created on
*Have the pretty boys I like respect me, love me, communicate and play with me
*Creative inspiration keeps flowing in tangible means, highly enjoyed, appreciated, and financially rewarded 100,000+ profit recurring per incident
*Every molecule of water made pure over the whole earth everywhere
*Being able to experience these things and duplicate similar concepts for others
*Everything everyone else said

April November 8, 2014 at 1:11 am

1) make the two stupidest members of my school’s administration a) quit, b) disappear into an alternate universe more suited to their temperament, or c) fire themselves since nobody else can!! It is measurable, too. I would let everybody know the moment it happens!

If not that (sigh), then how about sending so much love and goodwill to the members of ISIS they either melt or totally reform their ways?

Linda D November 8, 2014 at 12:33 am

All of these are good, so hard to choose. Peace, a size 8, a fortune 20/20 restored, un-crippling of appendages…..In a place right now, that if none of it happens I’m still okay and supported by Source. But if Sourcey-Claus would like to co-create change with me right now, I would love to be-come the energy, the walk-talk-act-think-feel-do expression, CONSISTENTLY (lol) of the magic of All That Is That I AM. People feel better as I walk by, brush my sleeve and your cold or headache goes away, that letter you’ve been hoping for arrives, disasters are averted, spontaneous kindnesses between strangers pop up, a Being-The-Field kind of thing 24/7/365 would be such fun! Like “On a Clear Day You Can See Forever”, when the flowers bloom around her……

Zeta November 8, 2014 at 9:20 am

Linda, Love your ideas.

I love to play the game of “putting it out there” and then awaiting
a response…usually happens within a week but very often sooner.
I might be seeking the answer to something, be expecting to meet
someone of interest at the gathering I might be going to, or just
be asking for something extraordinary to happen. The Magic of
this is highly entertaining and amazing. Over the years I’ve become
more confident and now just know that I can do it.
I would like others to be able to experience the same.

Other than that …attaining Inner Peace……something for our Project.

Linda D November 14, 2014 at 2:23 pm

Hi Zeta,
Inner Peace is a wonderful idea, especially maintaining it in times of challenge or high drama around us!
I have some “almost instant” experiences like your “putting it out there” game, and absolutely adore them! I also love surprises that occur after a time delay and just when I most appreciate them: like when I was looking for pink daffodil bulbs 2 years ago, had mediocre results, and let it go…..then, a case of 100 showed up on my doorstep this past week (2 YEARS later! thanks, Mom!) as the result of a random conversation I had forgotten!

Emily November 8, 2014 at 12:27 am

A financial goal that is beyond financial freedom – Here is what Abraham says:

“As you set a financial goal, it is not only about the expansion for yourself; it’s about the expansion of all of those who are involved in that which you are about. In other words, it creates this nucleus, this machine, that allows so many to begin to thrive along with you. It’s much bigger than finances.” Let’s spread the happiness and thriving as far as we can!

Amy Hillenbrand November 14, 2014 at 5:12 pm

Emily, I love this idea and for the reason Abraham suggests. To feel the expansiveness as described by Abraham would feel so gorgeous.

Dan November 8, 2014 at 12:21 am

Spiritual advancement,.. enlightenment.

Kathe November 7, 2014 at 11:26 pm

It would be wonderful to have the mind set to preserver through life when things do not fall into place as we would like. Many have great intentions for healing for others and themselves. When we don’t see the results that we want whether immediate or not, and possible not at all, many people believe that they did not do something right to make that outcome happen. Our thoughts are things we are told. But if our thoughts are for pure intention and outcomes, then they should happen. Many people are told they are not believing in their intention correctly. There is such a gap missing of understanding to what is correct, what do we feel, and what how do we feel when things don’t fall into place.

Many people try very hard without getting the outcome they intend to have. How do we fill that gap of understanding that it is alright even if we don’t have the right words, feelings or outcome. It is a field to play in of understanding…..

Thank you always.

Specific, measurable, appealing and fun = loss of pounds and/or inches from body without diet or exercise.

Wendy Down November 7, 2014 at 9:33 pm

These ideas are fantastic to read – I’m so glad we asked. Keep ’em coming, everyone!

Cathie Granger November 8, 2014 at 2:56 am

Hi Wendy
Excited to be a part of this!
I would love to create something great beyond this reality….to be able to fully function in this reality and not be owned by it..what would it take?

YaMaEL November 7, 2014 at 9:17 pm

Hi Wendy.. aside from total financial freedom .. the one physical thing I want to transform is to completely regenerate 20/20 eyesight to not need glasses to see anymore.

Infinite Blessings!! 🙂

jen November 7, 2014 at 9:15 pm

A safe clean cheap energy source that you can build at your kitchen table from insanely easy to get stuff, and once the idea is out there, it’s out there for everybody. That would make everyone effectively a billionaire. Cold fusion, efficient solar, magic moss that makes electricity – who cares how? Let’s have some!

Maureen Keefe November 7, 2014 at 8:54 pm

I’m on board with the Billionaire idea (for EACH participant! 😀 ). What a lovely fun and powerful experiment Wendy! I would LOVE to be a part of this! Thank you for this Graceful and expansive evolution of Consciousness!

Sheri BD November 7, 2014 at 8:36 pm

Time travel or flying. Come on over for a cuppa.

Or, dream gatherings to include fun activities such as meetings with others we have learned from/would like to learn from, and yeah, time travel or flying.

jen November 7, 2014 at 9:24 pm

Looks like you got one of your wishes already – my comment just posted in the future 🙂

julie November 7, 2014 at 8:25 pm

How about a group intention to transform everyone elses’ most unhelpful limiting belief?

We could each select what we feel to be our most limiting belief…eg…for me…the techniques work on others but not for me. Actually perhaps we pick our top 3. We rate how much we believe each one to be true on a scale of 0 to 10 say. We also rate how much we feel each belief is holding us back from our dream. We could even formulate a statement that we would prefer to believe – something far more useful – for each and rate how much we currently believe those.

All submit their beliefs (unhelpful and prefered replacements) and ratings prior to all doing a meditation or process of some sort with the intention of transformation of the limiting beliefs of everyone else in the group…without knowing what those beliefs are or who has them.

After the meditation/process everyone re-examines and re-rates their lists and submits results…ideally with a couple of follow up’s.

One of the things that possibly holds us back from desired transformations appears (though this in itself is a ‘belief’) is the challenge of letting go of the outcome.

Tapping into group energy to hold the space for other’s to experience a transformation which is in part specified but ideally open ended could be interesting?

Michelle hewitt November 7, 2014 at 11:40 pm

Love his idea as beliefs create our world. If we change our beliefs out world changes . Like the thinking into making it measurable as well. The placebo effect would play a part in this idea of an experiment so would confound the results . I agree that the target needs to be tangible and measurable . I would be interested in manifesting a unified world where we hear world leaders say they will out down their weapons and declare they realise we are all one and so their policies will reflect that. Then more humane treatment of people will follow

Nadine November 7, 2014 at 8:13 pm

Complete Financial Freedom

Neva November 7, 2014 at 7:52 pm

It has dawned in on me that financial independence would solve almost every challenge I face. Because it is clearly measurable and tangible, you can hold it in your hand. While money may not be “real”, the value of it is real in this world thusfar. Plus, I’ve just always wanted to know what it would feel like to say “I’m a billionaire.” So, a billion dollars. With that, I can eat organic foods (and create school lunch programs and programs for children where they get organic foods). With a billion dollars, I can build a beautiful quiet space for workshops and retreats (and be able to scholarship some of those incredible front line healers who may be burned out and in need of solace that is free, without fee at all) and a beautiful home somewhere quiet, peaceful, with running water nearby and clean air. With a billion dollars, I can support changes in the world that help us live healthier and happier, like stopping GMOs and pesticides, etc. Last, but certainly not least, I could play BIG. I could find someone who is getting in alignment with a bigger life and mentor them, support them in all ways including money, and enjoy watching them blossom and grow. Of course, some of this, I already do without money. I just often think, wow, I’d love to play in the field of that much abundance.

Neva November 7, 2014 at 7:55 pm

If it needs to be a tangible physical thing, I would choose the transformation of my amalgam fillings into organic tooth material. Or being able to get biocompatible dental work and get these amalgam fillings out of my mouth.

Two areas –

Financial Stability and/or

Successfully healing for many areas of my body and life that I have been asking for healing for a long time.
